It's all about the simple things....

We all live in a crazy world with crazy busy lives. Sometimes we all need to slow down and look around us and enjoy the simple things. I know I take so many things for granted in my day to day life. Recently we took a couple of days to go to the creek and camp...I only made it one 2 days and 1 night but it was so nice to sit back and relax...to listen to Hayden play and laugh...to listen to the creek running and the birds singing. I loved the smell of the campfire and the steaks cooking over the open fire along with fried pototoes. I can't tell you how long it has been since I sat back and just watched the clouds float by. God has been good to me and my family and I thank Him for all my blessings.

Miss Riley C...

Or should I say Miss Personality? I can't help but smile when I look at the photos of Riley...she was such a little ham and so full of life. I love all the colorful outfits that her mommy brought for her to wear..... I feel like they match her fun personality. Bet you can't look at these without smiling :-)

Allen and Callie......

Callie and Allen was married in May and it was an incredible day. The wedding was amazing and everything was decorated beautifully...Callie's mom did all the flowers and they looked wonderful. Allen is an offensive lineman for the Green Bay Packers but his heart is here in SW Missouri and looking at his amazing bride I can see why it is :) Callie is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I feel blessed to have gotten to share the day with these 2 and the love that they share is so obvious. May God bless you 2 with a lifetime of happiness and blessings. Laney H....

Laney came to me all the way from Tennesee for her debut photos....well maybe not quite, she actually came for her Aunt Jamie's wedding and I was lucky enough to get to her photos while she was here visiting with her mommy and daddy. She is the sweetest little thing and oh so lovable :) Here are a few of my faves from her session...she did so good it was hard to narrow it down.

Matt & Jamie H Wedding.....

Matt and Jamie was my first wedding of the season and it was such a good way to start off. I've known Jamie since she was a little girl and she is a special part of my family. I'm so happy for her and Matt and little Hunter. I wish them a wonderful life together full of blessings and happiness.
